EAT HEALTHY FOOD THAT CAN SHARPEN EYESIGHT
As part of your healthy diet, choose foods rich in antioxidants, such as vitamin A and C. Foods such as leafy, green vegetables and fish. Many foods, especially fish contain omega-3 that are essential for macula health, the part of the eye responsible for central vision.
The lack of antioxidant intake, consumption of alcohol or saturated fats can create free radical reactions that can harm the central part of the retina macula.
Some nutrients such as omega-3, lutein, zinc, and vitamins C and E may prevent age-related eye problems such as macular degeneration and cataracts. Eating foods below are believed to help maintain good eye health, including:

Vitamin C and E in oranges and other citrus fruit or juice is good for your eyes.
Green, leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, and mustard greens
Salmon, tuna, and other oily fish
Eggs, beans, nuts, and non-meat protein sources other

KEEP WEIGHT OFF
Overweight or obese increases your risk of developing diabetes and other systemic conditions, which can lead to vision loss, such as diabetic eye disease or glaucoma. Alcohol also slows the rate of communication between neurotransmitters in the brain. Neurotransmitters are chemical messengers that communicate information around the brain and body.
Delays in communication between the brain and the eyes means that they are not able to function effectively debilitating eye muscle coordination. This is what causes distorted or double vision. EXERCISES TO IMPROVE EYE HEALTH
There are easy ways to train your eyes to stay healthy and be able to see clearly, by doing eye exercises every day. Preferably before and after doing eye exercises movements, rub hands until warm. Then put your palms on the eyes for a few minutes. Here some eye movement exercises to improve your vision:
  1. Stand and look straight. See upward (ceiling), then look downward (floor). Perform this movement slowly and steadily 5-10 times each day.
  2. Move the eyeball to the left and right. Try as you want to see your ears. Perform this movement as much as 5-10 times each day.
  3. Move the eyeball upwards. Hold eyeball on top. Then move to the upper left and right. Perform this movement as much as 5-10 times each day.
  4. Move the eyeball down and hold it down. Then move your eyes to the bottom left and bottom right. Perform this movement as much as 5-10 times each day.
  5. Move your eyeballs up and down in opposite corners (alternating), starting from the top left corner to the bottom right corner. Perform this movement 5-10 times each day.
  6. Move the eyeball as in the previous movements, but starting from the bottom left corner to the upper right corner.
  7. Turn the eyeball to the left clockwise 5-10 times. Then, turn the eyeball to the right, opposite to the clockwise direction as much as 5-10 times. Before changing the direction, stop and close your eyes for 5-10 seconds.

ROUTINE EYE CHECKS
Many people think that their vision is fine or healthy. Visiting eye doctor is the only way to truly determine whether your eyes are impaired or not.
In addition, many common eye diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic eye disease and age-related macular degeneration often have no warning signs. Therefore, visit your eyes doctor regularly.
